This method will provide the list of Open Service types (to be used in createOpenServices)

Response

success key will be true of all SSRs that were sent returned a true result, False otherwise

Parameter	Type	Description
OpenServiceType	String	List with the names of the Service Types
success	Boolean	True if the open service type list is returned for your credentials
